Synopsis-

Mark Manson, a star blogger with more two meg readers has come up up with his first volume "The Subtle Fine art Of Not Giving A F*ck" which shows us that the key to being stronger, happier people is to handle adversity improve and cease trying to exist "positive" all the time.

My Review-

I bought this book because of the title, it'due south F*cking astonishing.

Isn't it?

I usually give a f*ck well-nigh few things in my life simply afterwards reading this book, I estimate I have to remove few from few because it is as well much for my little caput.

Reading this volume was fun. It was exactly like a tight refreshing slap on my face up to awake me to encounter the reality. Information technology has real and deep talks plus non to make us feel bored, it has humour and entertaining stories into it. (That'due south the best office of this book, I gauge the writer is very adept at humour😸)

While reading this book somewhere, I felt I am an ordinary person who was thinking of herself as special but she is not.

(But the writer has valid reasons with examples for information technology and that made me felt more ordinary.😒)

The first folio itself says, don't endeavour and I was like anybody around us but say one matter to motivate us "try, try, try, endeavor harder", were they wrong or the writer is wrong? merely then the writer again gives a valid reason with examples and he proved all of us wrong🙌

This book has been divided into 9 Chapters, starting with "Don't attempt to And then yous die". In between are "Happiness is a problem, You are not special, The value of suffering, You are always choosing, You are wrong near everything (But so am I), Failure is the manner forward, The importance of saying no."

Reading these headlines itself would have made you imagine that book is pretty awesome and different from all others cocky-help books which you would have read before.

I personally loved the last office of the book, " And then you die ". Because it fabricated me think about my present strongly.

One of the line in the volume says, "You don't need to be positive all the time" and this shocked me because I have never thought this way just the writer has valid reasons for this also. And I agree with it.

Turning each page of the book was like reading something which I accept never even thought of.

This book clearly says that No one is perfect, nosotros accept our own limitations, fears, faults, uncertainties. Accepting it with full faith volition make us alive a amend and a fruitful life.

What are nosotros doing is simply the opposite, we are running away from this painful truth, comforting our self with self-made lies, ignoring it but to experience that nosotros are normal but we are non.

Tackling all this volition make us normal until then we all are aberrant, living as if we are dead.

Nosotros volition have to accept it and soon we will be enough courageous to face this and live with Confidence.

Favourite Quote from the book:

one. You and anybody y'all know are going to exist dead soon. And in the short amount of time between hither and there, you have a limited amount of fucks to give. Very few, in fact. And if you go around giving a fuck about everything and everyone without witting idea or choice—well, then you're going to become fucked.

2.Who you are is defined by what y'all're willing to struggle for.

3. Life is essentially an countless series of problems. The solution to ane problem is merely the creation of another.

iv. In my life, I have given a fuck about many people and many things. I have also not given a fuck about many people and many things. I have also not given a fuck virtually many people and many things. And like the road not taken, it was the fucks not given that made all the difference.

How should yous read this book?

Just get with the period because with each folio you turn y'all will accept something new to learn.

Take your time.

I took one week, I guess.
